I have read that an 8inch by4-inch mirror is needed and to concentrate on it unless your own image diappearas i tried it but ieyes are going so watery that my head strains in doing it in only 2minutes my eyes starts watering then i cannot concentrate on it. please guide me that our eyes should remove water or it should not bt strained and no water should come out please help me thanks. vicky JAY GURUDEV.
