I called up at Kohat and talked to Mr. Srivastava. He

accepted ur wishes heartily and about Ravi Pushya

Lagan the following is in his very own words:

 

"It gives us immense pleasure to point out that a very

auspicious PUSHYA NAKSHATRA and SUNDAY conjunction is

taking place with effect from 8.00 am morning on

Sunday (22nd Dec), which will continue little after

than the next sunrise i.e. on 23rd Monday. This

particular RAVI PUSHYA is more important because at

that time Jupiter is in exaulted position with 25

Degrees in KARKATAK RASHI in the KIRK RASHI and

therefore it is very very important. It is noted that

the SUN is also in the rashi governed by Jupiter and

thus falls KENDRA YOG from the SUN and MOON, JUPITER

combination. This is therefore capable of giving

success manyfold for any important sadhna.

 

Roughly from 10.30 am to 11.30am will be more

important as STHIR LAGANA KUMBH is there, similarly

from 9.30pm in the evening to 11.40pm in the night

SINGH LAGANA will be going on that is very important

for starting sadhna or any other anushthan."

just a minor note again to foreigner residents.

 

 

 

right now sun is in sagittarius as per vedic astrology. everywhere in

the world for an hour or so at least (lobger closer to the northern

hemisphere) the day will start in sagittarius ascendant

 

after sagi comes capricorn, and then comes aquarius -kumbha and etc

and etc till we come to leo

 

when you go to astroexpert.com and go to birth horoscopes

and use north indian style (any ayamansha will do) the number in the

topmost box of the diamond is the ascendant at that given time.

the numbering is as follows

 

1 aries

2 tauras

3 gemini

4 cancer 5 leo

6 virgo

7 linra

8 scorpio

9 sagittarius

10 capricorn

11 aquarius

12 pisces

 

if strong your ascendant is the most important sign in your horoscope

and not sun or moon sign

 

usually ascendant is mentioned as well

 

for aqarius the number there is 11

and for leo it shoud be 5

you can find the ascendant start and end time by changing the time of
