Try saraswati sadhanas. i remember seeing an ashtha-saraswati sadhana. yep! traatak is a good way of improving concentration. As such if you recite Guru Mantra daily or do meditation daily that in itself will improve your concentration. 4 mala of Guru Mantra + 1 mala cheitanya mantra + 1 mala gayatri mantra + saraswati sadhana will do. If u want to step into kundalini then you can try for vishuddha chakra jaagran too. If u r beginner on the path of meditation etc. then don't go for vishudha chakra jaagran right now. Try it after u have completed 1.25 Lakh recitation of Guru Mantra.
