Om Yakshaay, Kuberaay vaishravanaay dhandhanyaadhipataye...dhandhaanya samreedhing me dehi dapaye swaha: English: O the great yakshya, also known as Vaishravana...the lord of wealth...please give me wealth & prosperity!

 

note: Lord Kuber is the son of Rishi Vishrava who happens to be the son of Brahma hence the name "Vaishravana"
