The 4th May 2003 is supposed to be 'Akshaya Thruthiya' and ofcourse a

very auspecious day. But how come it is 'grahan kal'. Something wrong

some where.....

The Grahan falls on the 16th of May as well as on the 30th. Can

someone enlighten us about the exact time when it happens?

Especially, in the States? Also, on Thursday it is Guru-Pushya, a

very auspicious day to start a number of things - however, we have

the same hurdle - its timing? Can anyone help? Appreciate it.

 

In order to find out the different sadhanas performed at the Grahan

time please consult some of the literature provided by Dr. Shrimali's

Group. In any event, any sadhana that is done during this period

Lunar Ecplise in not visible in India begins at 7:33 ist ends at 10:47 ist.

Visibility in Europe,North & South America, New Zealand Africa."

I think IST is GMT +5.30, so you minus 5.30 in the time and add/minus the time

The solar eclipse is it not on the 31st, Rohit Ji said it's on the 31st of May,

better check it out at some astronomy site. 31st may mean 30 in some part of

the world!!!! Let me know if u get it.
