I am working on to complete the Index part of the task and scanning had been stalled for I was out of town. My work load comes down as of second week of June for Tourism Off Season in Nepal. I will pursue this full throttle after the second week ie Complete Index and Scanning. As for Kathmandu Dham..... Purpose of Kathmandu Dham is to collect Param Pujya Sat Guru Dev's teaching from all available sources and make sure that generations to come in 2500 years still have access to it......... We are purchasing land in Kathmandu Velley. My idea is to buy a big chunk of land and redistribute 50% for the Dham and sell the remaining to Guru Pariwar Members at the low cost housing plot. The cost for a plot of 72 ft by 72 ft will be around $ 5263. The plots can be subdivided into four sub plots and can be shared among four families to build small houses or apartments. On the land owned by the Dham ... My idea is to start with a 20 meter tall Shree Yantra. Physically it will cost around 20,000 US$ for construction. To make it a siddha place (** see below) we will need to do minimum 90 million 90,000,000 (Nine Crores Mantra Jaap. ** This Siddha Shri Yantra will look like a stupa and worshippers from around the world should be able to do Astha Laxmi Siddhi Sadhana.
