I was instructed by Guru Dham on my first visit to Jodhpur to get Dikchya from Sat Guru Dev in 1997 October Laxmi Puja to get Spatic Malas for these Mantras. In a later visit I was adviced that Guru Rahasya Mala ( Combo of Spatic and Rudrakchya ) is a lot better. > 2we have to say the mantras given in mty magazine in the mind or > loudly Mantras can be chanted in three ways. One - Aloud Two - By moving only your lips (self audible Only) and in your mind. Until you get used to the Mantra I would suggets you chant it aloud. One continues his practice form the past and past life. Some may get the (desired) results with little effort.
