It uses the address book of your email program to send automatic emails with tempting subject so as to make others open it and infect their pc in turn.The process goes on. Some times, users will see that they are receiving - undelivered mail or retuened mails - it means ur pc maybe infected and sending emails on its own. First thing to do, install a new anti virus program, check for updates. For Klez worm, download the latest klez removal program from norton or mcafee and use it.
