Then forget about karna pishachini. And concentrate on your work. This IAS exam may be very important to you at this moment, but no life or success is totally dependent on one thing. If one door closes, another will open trust me on this please. Karna Pishacini siddhi to the best of my knowledge is for knowing the past. You must relax first and use your time, that is the only thing that will help you brother. What may help you is something which improves your luck, and helps you give in your best. Is it the prelims or the mains? If you have in you the capacity to chant two hours then why not sit for bhuvaneshwari sadhana? It may increase your chances of success several times, if not you will get another opening somewhere which may be even more right for you. This is just asuggestion, you can think of something else as well. As for finding a guru and worrying about getting a deeksha first please forget about it for now. You can mentally accept our Guru as yours ask him to guide and help you in this difficult time. You can take your deekshas when the going is better and you are relaxed from Gurudham if you so wish.I have read in the Bagalmukhi sadhana about a woman who not only got success but also a darshan of the divine mother this way. People there are busy, they may not attend your phone or asnwer your query imediately. will you then waste 10 days trying to reach someone to help you. Or browsing books looking for that magic potion? Thats a sure path to failure.
