About sabar mantra and it's sadhna

i m new in sadhna.recently i have taken the membership of

monthly magazine.i am working in a company and belong to nanital.i

think i have found the reall guru. please mere gurubhai guide me that

how i perform the meditation ,gurupuja any sadhna whatsahna must be at

first .can i start sadhna .how plz guide me about

sadhnas ,rituals ,chanting of mantras,full

knowledge that a beginers need. i m just like a new born child in

this field. plz guide what should i do...................although i

have read several on sabar mantra and on vedic mantra.

reply me very soon. and daily i chant DURGA SAPTSATI mantra.]

For methods of Guru Poojan, you can buy 'Tantrokta Guru Poojan'

(book) or 'Dainik Sadhana Vidhi' (book). You may also download a

method of 'Manasik Guru Poojan' from my group at

narayan_dutt_shrimali or at

Guru Sadhana must be your first sadhana. For that, get around 4AM,

take bath, wear clean yellow dhoti and Guru pitamber, light a deepak

in front of Guruji's picture and chant 51 rounds of Guru Mantra.

Repeat this prcedure for 31 days. During this period, you must give

up non-veg food, alcohol, smoking and sex.
