Haribol!

Can anyone give me proper guidance for practical japa? I know that

padmasana is the best (which leg should be on top?) and the mala

should be holded near the heart. Is there any good mudra?

I thank you all for any help! I am a Gaudiya-Vaisnava and am

initiated into the Nityananda Gauranga Mantrarajas*.

Pranam. Hare Krsna!

Mukunda Gauranga dasa

P.S I know that Mukunda means "giver of liberation" but is there any

other meaning?
