Jai Gurudev!

Dear Friend,

The path to spirituality and siddhashram is not an easy one. Also,

each person has a different and unique experience along the journey

to attainment of self-realization. It all depends on your sanskars,

the sincere efforts you put and most importantly your luck in finding

a Sada Guru. I can also assure us that not many in this world are

willing to show you the right path. Many will try to manipulate you

and to utilize your wealth and efforts for personal gains. It is only

the Sada Guru who can deliver you from this Bhava Sagar! But, again a

Sada Guru will also not do all that with gr8 speed as you have put

it! His blessings can be obtained only after total surrender to his

lotus feet!!! Please refer to my messages on this website

titled 'Samarpan-I & Samarpan-II'. I too can only point you to the

source of all success that is the Lotus feet of Sada Gurudev! Rest is

his grace and blessings!

Now, regarding your question: How can tantra, mantra, yantra help me

in this respect with gr8 speed?

Tantra, mantra, yantra is part of our ancient heritage. This heritage

and culture is older than all known to the western countries. It was

born of the Rishi Parampara of our fore-fathers and pre-dates western

civilization by more than 5000 years. Here is an example: A brief

sketch of the impact of Bhagwad Gita on Famous Personalities: -

Henry David Thoreau says:

"In the morning I bathe my intellect in the stupendous and cosmogonal

philosophy of the Bhagvad-Gita, in comparison with which our modern

world and its literature seem puny and trivial."

Ralph Waldo Emerson on the Gita:

"I owed a magnificent day to the Bhagwad-Gita. It was the first of

books; it was as if an empire spoke to us, nothing small or unworthy,

but large, serene, consistent, the voice of an old intelligence which

in another age and climate had pondered and thus disposed of the same

questions which exercise us."

Mahatma Gandhi says:

"When disappoint stares me in the face and all alone I see not

one

ray of light, I go back to the Bhagvad Gita. I find a verse here and

a verse there, and I immediately begin to smile in the midst of

overwhelming tragedies."

Dr. Annie Besant on the Gita

"It is meant to lift the aspirant from the lower levels of

renunciation, where objects are renounced, to the loftier heights

where desires are dead, and where the yogi dwells in calm and

ceaseless contemplation while his body and mind are actively employed

in discharging the duties that fell to his lot in life."

Swami Vivekananda says:

"The Gita is a bouquet composed of the beautiful flowers of

spiritual

truths collected from the Vedas and the Upanishads."

******

The Gita was preached as a preparatory lesson for living worldly life

with an eye to Release, Nirvana. My last prayer to everyone,

therefore, is that one should not fail to thoroughly understand this

ancient science of worldly life as early as possible in one's

life.

--- Lokmanya Tilak

The Gita is one of the clearest and most comprehensive summaries of

the perennial philosophy ever to have been done. Hence its enduring

value, not only for the Indians, but also for all mankind. It is

perhaps the most systematic spiritual statement of the perennial

philosophy.

--- Aldous Huxley

I believe that in all the living languages of the world, there is no

book so full of true knowledge, and yet so handy. It teaches self-

control, austerity, non-violence, compassion, and obedience to the

call of duty for the sake of duty, and putting up a fight against

unrighteousness (Adharma). To my knowledge, there is no book in the

whole range of the world's literature so high above as the

Bhagavad-

Gita, which is the treasure house of Dharma nor only for the Hindus

but for all mankind.

--- M. M. Malaviya

The Gita is just one of the several ancient scriptures which were

written by our fore-fathers/ Rishis. Mantra Tantra Yantra Vigyan can

help you overcome obstacles that you face in your 'Bhautika and

Adhyatamik' life. However, attainment of self-realization is not

possible through reading books, or going to a satsanga or watching

the spiritual shows on a television set. It is a matter or great

effort under the guidance of a Sada Guru. So, you are faced by the

basic problem of finding the Sada Guru (refer to my message titled

SAMARPAN-I & PART-II). Then comes the most important problem of all.

As one wise man has put it: - "My problem is not my problem. I am

my

problem!"

WHICH LEADS US TO THE BASIC PARADIGM-

HOW CAN WE BECOME A SHISHYA?

WHAT IS THE DHARMA OF A SHISHYA?

WHAT IS SAMARPAN TO THE LOTUS FEET OF THE SADA GURU?

HOW CAN BE ONE WITH THE SADA GURU?

ONCE YOU FIND THE ANSWER TO THESE BASIC QUESTIONS THAT A SADHAK MUST

ASK OF ONESELF ATTAINMENT OF SELF-REALIZATION AND GOD'S

REALIZATION

IS ABSOLUTELY EASY!

THE JOURNEY TO ATTAINMENT OF SELF-REALIZATION TAKES AN INFINITELY

LONG PERIOD OF TIME AND EFFORT, BUT ONCE WE OVERCOME OUR FEARS AND

DILEMMAS

AND MAKE A FINAL JUMP IN FAITH TO OUR SADA GURU'S LOTUS FEET; THE

FINAL LAP OF THE JOURNEY IS QUICKLY COMPLETED.

MAY I REMIND ONCE AGAIN?

Kabir Yeh Ghar Prem Ka, Khala Ka Ghar Nahin

Sees Utaare Hath Kar, So Pasey Ghar Mahin

Kabir, this is the abode of love

Not the house of an aunt

Only that one can enter here

Who has relinquished all pride

Kabir in this doha attempts to explain valor and fearlessness in love

and devotion. A person who is able to defeat the passions of Anger,

Carnality, Attachment, Greed and Enmity – the enemies within

– is the valiant one. To be a lover or a true devotee is the job

of a

warrior and not of a coward. For love demands complete surrender of

one's ego and a spirit full of compassion and poise.

The abode of love is not like a visit to an aunt's house where the

social rules of entertaining guests may be available. Instead in this

abode of love one enters with the spirit of giving or complete

surrender.

Is a genuine offering to the Lord possible without surrendering

oneself? Similarly, is love possible between two people when it is

based on conditions?

I hope that you have had a brief glimpse of what lays before you? Are

you ready to take the plunge? May Pujya Gurudev give you the

blessings of success! Jai Gurudev! Raj

Thanks to all for your responses towards self realization.

Today i have another question. I was in self reflextion mode and a thought came to my mind

Lets say i want to wake up early morning at 4.00 am. Normally i wake at 6.00 am.

I dont want any external help.

So can i associate this event of waking me up at 4.00 am with something which is automatic for eg

with breathing. If anyone already knows about this association technique with

automatic actions such that

desired bodily action takes place automatic , pls share with us.

I welcome thoughts, suggestions on this from all.

Thanks

HI

I think that when one understand that he is pure consciousness alone that is

self-realization. when he can see that all are just pure consciousness like him

as well and so there is no difference between him or other humans, animals, trees

etc that is god -realization

am i thinking right?

comments welcome and corrections appreciated
