Guest guest Posted February 28, 2004 Report Share Posted February 28, 2004 Dear Friends, Can anyone tell me how do i focus in meditation on center of Guru's forehead and try looking for a white light emitting from there, as i have been told to perform this during meditation by my guru? I am also Nikhileshwaranandji's student so thought to ask members of this group. I would highly appreciate if anyone can reply me.
