i need the lsit of beej mantras to use while meditating

i practice transcendental meditation since 1978 when i was 13 yrs old

now i am interested to know all the beej mantras so that i can used

them during meditation. i need a list of beej mantras with their uses

( benefits) . if any one can help me i will be greatful
