it is long time consuming and tough for any grihast sadhak

but if u want to do that i will tell u how it can perform. but my suggession is

that u should use any tantra sadhana for acheieve same target.

can u tell me u r from which place? some other information about u like age,

phisical capacity,mental power. because chandrayan vrat is one month process.
