Guest guest
Mantra sadhana : Sadhanas for awakening of various chakras have been mentioned in the issues of MTYV from Nov 1999 to March/april 2000. But it is advisable to take shaktipaat diksha of Ajna Chakra first. Further, gurudev also gives Kundalini jagaran diksha in 7 stages , and that takes care of ajna chakra. Yogic way : Shambhavi mudra, if practised for 10-15 minutes daily, leads to awakening of ajna chakra. Same is true for Trataka on shakti chakra. Guest guest
thank you for that information. currently i'm out of country since last few years for study. so no access to the MTYV issues. I'm just trying to do whatever possible in busy routine to keep up my practice. I have a question about ajna chakra activation. Does a sadhak feel vibration or pulse on the third eye area when it starts to activate? or it just gets activated without any indication? thank you for any experiences or answers. jaya gurudev ********************************** , vatssalya saxsena <vats57> wrote: > Mantra sadhana : > Sadhanas for awakening of various chakras have been > mentioned in the issues of MTYV from Nov 1999 to > March/april 2000. Yes. Strong, pleasant vibrations. And when it happens, time virtually stands still and you can feel divine pleasure; no worries, no tensions, no desires, no sense of being; only the nector of completeness. Although you loose all your desires at that moment but if you do retain one, it gets fulfilled instantly no matter how impossible it may be. May Gurudev bless you with success. Guest guest
Ajna chakra is closely related to Mooladhara. When it gets activated, first sensation will be at the rectum. You will feel an involuntary pull of muscles, upwards. Then there'll be a suction effect in your penis. You will feel air like thing moving upwards. There will be a subtle sensation at these organs. At Ajna chakra, you will feel lot of "pressure" even with eyes open. This is not headache, it's actual pressure at the pineal gland. With eyes closed, visions are numerous. I don't want to condition your mind by disclosing them because such experiences are infinte in nature. What you may see I may not have even heard of. But try to "penetrate" the darkness before your eyes. Start with shambhavi mudra, do it for 5 minutes and then gently close your eyes and keep gazing at ajna chakra from within. This immediately triggers off action at mooladhara. You will feel the movement of kundalini there. There's a powerful technique mentioned by Gurudev in his book Mantra Rahasya which I have practised and got results. It's called yoni mudra. Do that with beej mantra "hum" in six chakras. 5 rounds will be enough in the beginning. Good luck Jai gurudev --- yogiman2003 <yogiman2003 wrote: > thank you for that information. > currently i'm out of country since last few years > for study. > so no access to the MTYV issues. Experiences and suggestions from those who has gone through them are always the best food for the minds of un-experienced ones. may gurudev bless us all to be what he wants us to be.
