Guest guest
--Dear ajay, I do not read all messages in this list, so i am not sure if it is my long post you are talking about or something else, anyway let me clarify again. I was not trying to bring down either gurudev or sadhanas given by him or MTY. What I was trying to say was this to quote swami Vivekananda "Take one thing up and do it, and see the end of it, and before you have seen the end, do not give it up. He who can become mad with an idea, he alone sees light. Those that only take a nibble here and a nibble there will never attain anything. They may titillate their nerves for a moment, but there it will end. They will be slaves in the hands of nature, and will never get beyond the senses. Those who really want to be Yogis must give up, once for all, this nibbling at things. Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life — think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success, and this is the way great spiritual giants are produced. Others are mere talking machines." All I meant to say was and I stand fully by what I said, while performing one sadhana thinking, reading and planning other sadhanas can cofuse the mind. They show severe lack of faith in the mantra and deity which are foundation of success. I one again reiterate and sum up all my views my entire experience. Gurudev has given millions of jewels, I have not read all his books so I am talking from my limited exposure and experience in sadhanas. 1 if you are new start with heavy chanting of gayatri, if you are fortunate to take deeksha. Spend time first in making a connection with gurudev. Chant guru mantra. Guru hridyastha sadhana or deeksha are highly recommended. Whatever else you do or not do please try paapnash with faith devotion folded hands and asking for forgiveness. Here is my summary of views perhaps strongly opinionated about sadhanas for various problems 1 negative influences, fears of any kind mahakali. Again and again, the sadhana you should perform should depend on your own spiritual level not the level of difficulty of the problrm as you perceive it. For all problems bagla chinnamasta or dhoomavati ji are recommended mahakali will work as good. It is written in Gurudevs book that mistakes are forgiven just like it is written in bagalamukhi sadhana "bhookl ke bhi samanya vyakti ko aisi sadhana me bina nirdeshan ke nahin baithna chahiye". Even if you aim is some ugra mahavidya performing mahakali sadhana will help tremendously in this direction. But don't be fooled mahakali can give you anything or everything you ask for. Don't leave her for anyone else … 2 for family life, love marriage children etc gouri sadhana please search earlier posts by me on this. Aum hreem shreem soum gloum gam gouri geem swaahaa. Combine with wiorship of shiv ling and chanting aum namah shivaaya rudraksha mala 3 for all kinds of obstacles try one of the following ganapati mantras they are from an issue in 1994 NOT SURE OF THE DATE; aum gam ganapataye namaha aum gam goum ganapataye vighna vinaashine swaaahaa it will fulfill desires remove all enemies and curses and help in every task. In all ganapati sadhanas wearing yellow facing east having parad ganapati or any other vigraha or yantra is recommended. Chanting 21 mala a day till 500000 jap is complete is ideal, but lesser is also great. This worships 16 forms of ganapati being a16 syllable mantra. It takes energy from 6th house (enemies)of the horoscope and throws it on the fourth ( mother happiness comforts) Shreem hreem kleem ganeshwaraaya brahma swaroopaya charve sarva siddhi pradaaye vighneshaaya namo namaha Suggested mala moonga or kamalgatta or sfatik 4 for advancements in career or if everything is wrong and you are confused what to take up and for wish fulfillment. bhuvaneshwari – the combined form of mahakali maha lakshmi and mahasaraswati. Hreem 100000 jap. One of these days I will upload gurudevs books on mahakali and bhuvaneshwari but not in the near future. That's all I can say for now. But just one more thing. There are sadhaks among us who started on a higher level, who got up one fine day and could chant 100 malas, or who sat for ugra mahavidya sadhanas and got success in the first time. They are not ordinary and carry a huge baggage of poorva punya. I was not one of them. And most are not, so this sums up my entire view. More some other time Good bye Jai gurudev anu - In , ajay sharma <a_sh_r> wrote: > > Dear Brothers & Sisters, > > Recently there were a few comments on sadhnas in mails from fellow sadhaks.
