Guest guest
You can perform this sadhana in many forms using a method of your choice. Some of these forms are:1. Daily Poojan: Perform Guru Poojan according to your chosen method and chant 4, 11, 21, 31, 41, 51 or more rosary rounds of the Guru Mantra using a rosary made of 108 beeds. This way, every new day would bring a fresh breeze of success and wellness.2. General Anushthan: Chant the Guru Mantra 1,25,000 times in 11 days while chanting equal number of mantras every morning and strictly following all rules. The General Anushthan boosts your overall development by many folds and creates a base for success in every aspect of life.3. Maha Anushthan: Chant the Guru Mantra 11,00,000 times in 121 days while chanting equal number of mantras every morning and strictly following all rules. The Maha Anushthan is especially for beginners, the ones who have just taken guru diksha and are itching to jump into the ocean of sadhanas. This anushthan would give them a head-start, prepare their bodies for higher energy levels and ensure them success in their future sadhanas. This anushthan is also very useful for those who haven't yet been found by their Gurus.I dedicate this post to my guru, Paramhansa Swami Nikhileshwaranand, with my head humbly down on his lotus feet. May he shower his divine blessings on all of us.Ashish...
Guest guest
Ref: Question on General Anusthan point # 2 below. "Guru Mantra 1,25,000 times in 11 days". 125 mala per day for 10 days would make sawa lakh, isn't it? Should we stop on the 10th day or carry on chanting further 125 mala on the 11th day? Can you explain why one require to chant additional 125 mala on the 11th day? Is this a kind of 10% mantra as Aahuti on HOM? I am pretty sure you have performed such Anusthans several times. Every religious scripture has emphasized the need and importance of this sadhana, in one way or another; and perhaps, that's why there are a lot of methods, like the Aghor method, the Siddhashram method, the Vedic method, the Saber method, the Gompa method and the Tantrokta method. Each method is distinct with it's own style and own mantra; yet, they all have the same effect which you can feel right now by chanting Om Param Tatvaaya Naaraayanaaya Gurubhyo Namah a few hundred times.
