Guest guest
For catharsis, there are TURBO techniques such as Kapalbhatti, or Osho's dynamic meditation and chakra breathing. These things, if done with full force (there comes a point during the exercise when u'll have a feeling that you are gonna die the next moment,... don't worry, nothing will happen) will bring your sanskaar of previous and this birth on the surface, and then they can be grounded. Another technique, slow but sure shot, is Vipassana. I have only theoretical knowledge of vipassana, so, can not comment on its practical side. But as I am told, it is not meant for action oriented people. However, if you want to attempt these things without under anyone's guidance, do at your own risk .
