Guest guest
What works for me is a mutation of agni yoga (kapalbhatti is probably part of agni yoga) called conscious breathing. It used to be called re-birthing and was developed by followers of Haidakhan Babaji. You can get a cd of the breathing wave-form to follow along with from Sadhana Concepts. Do simple Google search to find it; or precede name with www; and end with .com; use all small letters and past to blank address bar of your computer. A competent hatha yoga teacher should be able to teach you about agni yoga; which uses deep, constant breathing to burn up the past impressions that disturb the mind; as well as burns up all sorts of impurities. dan , Dhirendra Pal Singh <dp_singh@s...> wrote: > Hello Vatssalya ji, > > Can you please elaborate on Kapalbhatti and / or Osho's dynamic > medidation and chakra breathing. > Or if you any links/pointers please point me towards it. > > Thanks in advance... > Reagrds > Dp > > > vatssalya saxsena wrote: > > >For catharsis, there are TURBO techniques such as > >Kapalbhatti, or Osho's dynamic meditation and chakra > >breathing.
