Solar Eclipse and Lunar Eclipse are occuring after 6 months again in

the month of October. His Holiness Pujya Gurudev Dr. Narayan Dutt

Shrimaliji has explained many times that the combination of two

eclipses within same fortnight is very important and auspicious

occassion for performing any Sadhana with profound success. One can

refer to Mantra Tantra Yantra Vigyan January 1997 magazine issue

page # 13-14-15-16. He has laid so much stress that this article

within these pages itself is titled "Jab Aap Ki Takdir Sone Ki Kalam

Se Likhi Jayegi" (The opportunity when your luck line will be

redrawn with golden pen). And in this article, He has said that even

five rounds of rosaries, i.e. chanting a Mantra 500 times, brings

the full effect of a complete Sadhana of 125,000 Mantra Jap.

We again are going to have this opportunity in October. Solar

Eclipse is scheduled on Thursday 14th October, 2004 i.e. Pitra Moksh

Amavasya from 6:25 am to 10:35 am (more than 4 hour duration). And

after 13 days from the Solar Eclipse, there is a Lunar Eclipse on

Thursday 28th October,2004 i.e. Ashwin Poornima from 5:25 am to

10:50 am. The Solar Eclipse of 14th and Lunar Eclipse of 28th are

occuring during Virgo and Aries Rashis respectively. It is worth

mentioning that Eclipses in Nov. 2003, and April/May 2004 had also

affected the same degrees of galaxies. This period of more than 4

hours of each of these eclipses can be very effectively and

successfully used for performing any Sadhana to fulfill any desire

or to obtain and spiritual or material achievement, whatever it may

be. One can perform any significant Sadhana (any Diwali, Holi,

Navratri, Shivratri Sadhana, or any other important Sadhana ) during

these Eclipses. The time period between the two eclipses is also

highly auspicious, and you may perform any Sadhana during this time

period.

Similarly, this Navratri from 15th October to 21st October,and

Vijaydashmi on 23rd October has become very much powerful due to

these two eclipses, immediately before and after the Navratri.

Therefore nobody should dare to miss this Navratri and these

Eclipses.
