Guest guest
that's new. i never thought of that. new language brings new horizon in mind. Actually the alternative to sad would be sat. Satgurudev is more accurate as the word came from sat + guru +dev. Later people started calling Sadgurudev. gurudev is sad because we are not doing all we can :-( just a thought. jaya satgurudev somnath thakur <somybist > wrote:jai gurudevsorry for butting in, just wondered why everyone herewrites "Sad" GurudevBeacaue when reading it appears as though guruji issad....I can understand the word is written in Roman form.Wouldn't it be correct to write it as "Sadd" GurudevTired of spam? Guest guest
JAI GURUDEV!! Dear Yogiman, Thanks a lot for you input. I think you have most rightly pointed out to say Satgurudev.....coz.....Sad Gurudve (when reading it, i always read as sad...as in english..and may be many of our non-hindi-knowing gurughais also get confused like me). Thanks --- T N <yogiman2003 wrote: > > that's new. i never thought of that. new language > brings new horizon in mind. > Actually the alternative to sad would be sat. > Satgurudev is more accurate as the word came from > sat + guru +dev. > Later people started calling Sadgurudev. > gurudev is sad because we are not doing all we can > :-( just a thought. > jaya satgurudev > > > > somnath thakur <somybist wrote: > jai gurudev > > sorry for butting in, just wondered why everyone > here > writes "Sad" Gurudev > > Beacaue when reading it appears as though guruji is > sad.... > > I can understand the word is written in Roman > form. > > Wouldn't it be correct to write it as "Sadd" Gurudev > > > > > Tired of spam?
