Hi All,

On a link in Siddhashram

at

http://www.siddhashram.org/s20001029.shtml

Under the name of Guru Gorakhnath it says ...

In the night of a Sunday place a Shwetaark Ganpati in

a plate and smear it with vermilion. Then with a silver straw write on

the idol -

Shreem

Hreem Shreem

Can someone please tell me what is the meaning of the line "Then with

silver straw write on the idol". I mean what is a silver straw? and how

can I get or make one ?

I would really appreciate a quick reply ....

Thanks in advance...

Regards

Dp

Dear Dp,

Silver straw means a small silver stick(a thin strip also

will do).You can ask the silversmith to make a thin but strong

silver strip which will act as silver straw.
