These are known as pancha angam: pancha = five, angam = attribute. These are: vaaram or day of the week tithi nakshatram yogam karanam. You will have to refer a Pure Indian Almanac to find the 'Yogam' for that day and look for "Harshanam" Yogam. I have personally experienced the benefits of this prayer to lord Hanuman on this Yogam.
