Guest guest
jaya gurudev, I'm loosing hair since last 3 years from frontal temporal region (left and right sides in the forehead) . Hair in the back and top is great. Even my dad who is 62 yrs old now has full hair. So it is not genetic. I had a severe back pain few yrs ago (due to a slip disc in lower lumber region) for that i took very strong pain killers. That may or may not be the reason, but since then, my eyesight also got bad and hair loss followed. Eyesight is easy to fix with glasses, contacts... but not the hair loss. I'm not loosing hair much right now but I have around 1 inch gap in both sides. I massage my scalp for blood circulation regularly but don't want to use any chemicals yet. I'd appreciate if anyone gives me some idea(ayurvedic, homeopathic, yogic, mantric...) to prevent any more hair loss and even more important, to grow hair on those spots. Please only proven suggestions, there is no option of trial and error when it comes to one's head Someone suggested me to rub Ginger juice on those spots, has anyone tried it? Thank you for your suggestions. :-)
Guest guest
Jai Gurudev. Partially close the 4 fingers of both the hands and rub the NAILS of the 4 fingers of the right hand against the NAILS of your fingers of the left hand. While rubbing, please note that the rubbing should not be at the tip of your NAILS; it should be along the length of the NAILS (i.e. along the back side of fingers). Do this daily for 5 minutes for 4-6 months for hair loss and hair greying problems. If you are in India, you can check for more details in Swami Ramdev's Praanayam & Yog Shivir programs on Aastha TV Channel daily at 8:30 p.m. www.divyayoga.com Raju S --- yogiman2003 <yogiman2003 wrote: > > > > jaya gurudev, > I'm loosing hair since last 3 years from frontal > temporal region > (left and right sides in the forehead) . Guest guest
Jai Gurudev, I know one desi Nuskha on this problem of hair loss. In my childhood I faceed the problem of hair loss, and someone suggested me, within 20 days, my problem was cured, so its a self tested medicine. Just eat ground nuts (Mungfalli - (in Hindi)not the outer covering, inside seeds), without any treatment of salt or heat, along with jagri (Gud- in hindi), (mutthi bhar mungfalli with 40 gm of Gud) is enough for a day. Please avoid eating anything sour (Khatta - in hindi) Regards, Anand --- rajus sishya <rajus_sishya wrote: > > Jai Gurudev. > > Partially close the 4 fingers of both the hands and > rub the NAILS of the 4 fingers of the right hand > against the NAILS of your fingers of the left hand. > While rubbing, please note that the rubbing should > not > be at the tip of your NAILS; it should be along the > length of the NAILS (i.e. along the back side of > fingers).
