I have a request here. Can any one tell me the difference between a sadhana and prayog. I wiil be very grateful if I am told the details of "Sahasrakshi Lakshmi Vivechan evam Prayog". What are the benefits of this particular ritual? I came to know that it was performed and revealed by famous seer Vishwamitra. Hope I get the response to my request.
