Guest guest Posted January 28, 2005 Report Share Posted January 28, 2005 jay gurudev My problem is that during any meditation i am not able to keep my back straight after 30 minutes i feel lot of strain, so unable to continue the posture.but i have read about this in one book that this difficulty would be overcome after sometime of practise but i would like to know if i can meditate by leaning on to a wall or chair or anything like that for support. i would also like to know if meditating by taking support would have the same result as that of meditating without support.kindly reply to me any sort of help would be appreciated.
