Guest guest Posted March 15, 2005 Report Share Posted March 15, 2005 Jai Gurudev Guru Ki Kripa Aparampar!! On March 13, 2005, I had saubhagya of visiting Gurudham, New Delhi. We had two chartered Sumo taxis and some 18-20 gurubhai and gurubehans started from Dehradun at 9:30 a.m. Jai Gurudev and Jai Gurumata chanting filled the atmosphere as we started off. Everyone in the cab had his/her experience to tell. We had along with us some gurubhais who were into sishya parampra from the days of bade (senior) Gurudev and some of them had even accomplished samshaan sadhnas, bhairav sadhnas and kali sadhnas successfuly in the presence of Gurudev Himself, but they were not quite open to tell their experience. We could understand that being a sadhak there is a 'maryada.' We reached Gurudham at 6 p.m. and shortly thereafter pujya Gurudev Kailash ji started meeting everyone one by one. We were told to wait for some time as Doonites had sought a time later when all had had an audience with Gurudev. At last the moment came and all Doonites lined up to be blessed by our beloved. As the que moved, it was now my turn and touched the feet of Pujaya Gurudev and HE asked me what I wanted. There were no words, for some time my lips wouldn't move. Every one including me had thougth so many things that we would ask this and that but to my astonishment i was speechless and HIS face was radiant and beaming. Then i collected myself again and requested that I had taken Dikhsa last year during Guru Poornima and since then HE had granted me everything in life that I wanted. I would like to tell all gurubhai and gurubehan until July 2, 2005, i was a salaried person and was earning around 8 to 10 thousand rupees per month, but after taking gurudiksha and doing Guru Stavan and guru mantra japa regulary within some time I started my own businessa and my income increased tremendoulsy. Now i have five people working for me and a full-fledged offce in Dehradun. After receving all this was there anything to be asked. I requested HIS HOLINESS to grant me his Ashirwaad and to inspire me to go beyond the mayajal of siddhis and prayog. He softly asked me what i did for living. I told HIM that i was trying to establish medical transcription work in Dehradun and that had recently opened an office there. He gave me Karya Siddhi Dikhsa, that was the most joyous moment of my life with SaddGurudev doing Shakitpat. I had very little money when i went to gurudham and after paying for cab to and fro was left with nothing. In the end i was left with only Rs 8 coins. Sitting in front of Gurudev Nikhil's sthan at Gurudham, I thougth O! Almighty I had so many plans to buy this and that, to buy pictures of Gurudev and present to my sisters in Dehradun, and above all had in mind to buy a Rudraksh moti for some specific Lakshmi prayog from Gurudev's book. As i was thinking all this....with an ealier issue of MTY in my hand, suddenly from Gurdev's sthaan one single Rudraksha moti came towards me as if some one had thrown it on the marble floor towards me. I have no words to describe hi KRIPA and took that 4 mukhi rudraksh moti. At 10 p.m. we proceeded to Arogyadham for guruparshad and had dinner there and left back for Dehradun. Pujya shrivastava ji has given me dates of Surya Grahan (Solar Eclipse and Chandra Grahan (Lunar Eclipse). He has urged all Guru Bhai and Guru Behan to chant Guru mantra durign these two Eclipses and also the time between these two grahan (eclipse) as all the mantras during this phase are 'CHAITANYA.' the timigns are as follows: April 8 and April 9 midnight from 11:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. Solar Eclipse in Revati Nakshtra and on Meen Rashi Lunar Eclipse on April 24, 2005, from 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 pm. Guest guest Posted March 21, 2005 Report Share Posted March 21, 2005 Jai Gurudev, Dear Tushar: The timings mentioned about solar and lunar eclipse should be utilized by all gurubhais and bheans irrespective of what rashi they have. This is the rashi in which eclipse will fall. It does not mean that only meen or tula rashi person will do it. Just now we are haveing "holashtak" means 8 days before and 15 days after holi is known as hola-ashtak. This is also sacred period and one should utilize by doing maxium no. of chants per day of gurujapa or other japa that one is doing.
