Guest guest
Dear Mukund, You just posted what I was thinking to request gurubhais, specially who are in the software field. As we are all aware that gurudev's website is treasure house. I am not trying to be critical here, but it needs lot of improvement. 1. If you look at the website right now, it gives us information about sadhana sivir which was held October 2004. 2. Best timings for sadhanas, which is posted at could appear on the website itself. We need not call delhi or jodhpur to find out the timings. Its waste of time and money on both sides(ours and gurudhams). 3. it is really difficult to contact people who organizes sivir as the contact information are not updated. I had asked one of my friend to visit Pune sivir which was held on Dec 12, 2004. From the website, I assumed it would be held at the same place where it was held last time around(new venue information was not to be found on the website!!). My friend finally made to the sivir at 3 pm, after contacting 10-15 gurubhais contact numbers. BTW, he started for sivir around 9 am!!!! 4. Making payment and ordering sadhana materials could be made online so as to expedite. 5. The website should be made availabe in other languages too. Understanding english and hindi should not be prerequiste for understanding the teachings of sadgurudev. check this site for eg. http://www.tantra.co.nz/ Please note, I am not endorsing the website and its contents but trying to poing out that its available in different languages. Is there a possiblity of doing something like that at http://www.siddhashram.org/ Changing the situation is not going to be easy. But I believe we can do far better than this. We all understand, gurudham is having shortage of peple and work load is unbelievable. I understand lot amongst us are software engineers, who could and should volunteer to help in maintaining the website. Gurudev is not going to ask any one of us to do anything. Trust me when I say this. He doesn't have to. Its we, who have to volunteer, get ready and do anything we can to become mere instrument for his designs. Lets come of with ideas and try to do anything to further the cause of gurudev. I will also suggest you to have lot of preserverance in your endeavor. Be prepared to face many set backs. There are lot of "special status" people which will act as roadblocks. Are we ready???????????? Jay Gurudev!! Warm Regards Mithilesh If you look at siddhashram.org, we On Mon, 28 Mar 2005 16:07:21 -0000, Horus <cosmic1728 wrote: > > > Hi all: > > Please provide your inputs on procuring the powerful tantric > articles.
