Thanks for yor valuable suggestion. I know that mahakali or any other

goddess is not under any ones control. It is her shower of blessings

whick work for us and not commands. Yes, dreams are the indications

for the success/failure of the sadhanas. I will try my best to

practice my sadhanas with sincerety, faith and love. I am confident

that she will accept my prayers. You may be right about my boss's

tantric practices BUT do you think that his mantra/tantra works

against subordinates when he himself is wrong. I dont think so. I do

accept the fact that I shud still control my emotions and I hope I

will. But there comes the time for all sadhaks where you have to show

up your level of control and at that time you would know how

difficult and painful it is to forget. writing a few lines TO CONTROL

is simple than to really control. But still I will try my best. I

dont want to practice stambhan to apply on somebody or my boss but to

know if there are such sadhanas existing. Infact I am interested to

expand my knowlede on different sadhanas. Regarding kritya coming out

and pulling somebody's tongue, I dont think kritya is used for such

silly purposes and neither is the sadhana of any god/goddess. Your

answers (last lines specially) are little bit provocating. I am male
