mahattava is having red color,,

so use red color in room

 

just a red polythene wrap on the bulb.....

If u r doing tratak on diya/candle then no need to

switch on the light in a room.

Just make comfortable for the eyes.

Bright light is not good, neither is too dark.

Eyes should be relaxed.

If you r doing candle light tratak, then just that light is enough.

Hi vikram,

 

It depends on what kind of Tratak. For flame , fire tratak obviously it should

be dark (no light). For other tradak sunlight is good. (not very bright). It's

better to read the Practical Hypnotism book. for sadhana also sunlight is

better or usual light is ghee lamp. I dont feel tubelight is recomended.
