I have been a member of this group for a while but I consider myself a newcomer because I didn't participate much in the last year (by participating I mean regularly reading the posts - I don't know if I'm qualified to post anything at this point but with Poojya Gurudevs blessing I will get there - I believe that). I think the true appreciation for this group comes when you go to the archives and look/read at all the good work that has been done by many people. I don't even see some of those people on the list anymore - I guess they are silent observers. I want to thank for all the good posts which in many cases answer most of my questions.
