Till Surya Tratak

Im new in this group and this is my first post here. b4 joining this

group, i new gurudev by books only. I have read a few. One which

impressed me the most was "Practical Hypnotism". In that book gurudev

gave detailed information about Tratak, but i know, i cannot do it by

reading a book. I think its one of the major Sidhis in Yoga (Raj Yoga)

and many other Sidhis come with it because gurudev said its not a 2-3

week sadhna, it takes more than an year. I want to reach till surya

tratak, the last stage but how can i do it?

 

Is there anyone here who has gone to that level and can help me out

getting more detailed info? I mean i know i will have to go to gurudham

(i currently reside in faridabad/gurgaon thats close to delhi.) But im

seeking more detailed and comprehensive knowledge.

I want to do some siddhi & looking for some kind
