Guest guest
thoughts. Just a few days back there was discussion on some degrading remarks against some deities. Sri Krishna dis His karma and left for siddhashram. Whatever is being said about him is just the personal agenda of the people who make various commentaries about His life. Maheshvar Shiva are engaged in their own karma. People may compare him favourably or unfavourably, that is not His concern. No Devi or Devta is concerned about the comparasions being made amongst them. These are just some humans only who keep on burdening themselves with negative karma by saying unfavourable things about one cosmic power or the other.Sri krishna or Maheshawara Shiva need no champion for promoting their cause. Their own karma shine like million Suns. By entering into negative comparasion we knowingly or unknowingly criticise our ishta devta or some one else's ishta devta. We wont gain anything but loose everything. If someone says something negative our Guru or ishta devta then it is our prime duty to counter that. It does not mean that we start criticing the ishta or Guru of other person. We need to just take that person to the task. We are sure that the other person is wrong and will get very little help from his ishta Devta or Guru. Without making any reference of his Guru or his ishta devta we can very well teach that person alesson of life time. Our own trust on our Guru and our ishta devta will only help us, not the cricism of the ishta or Guru of the offending person. We well know that Sri krishna never did his karma thinking that he will get mileage against some other divine personalities. Sri Krishna did what he preached. He did his karma continuously as per the knwoledge He gained from His Guru without any attachement to the results. Sri Krsihna new that Karma will bring results whether you think about them or not. Thinking about result weakens the resolve to follow the directions given by Guru, therefore it is always better just to do the karma without engaging our mind in the end result.Sri Krishna's karma only revealed that he is Poorna Purusha. Sri Krishna never compared himself with anyone else. He just did his karma and moved on. His karma has been etched on every nook and corner of this Universe. If some so called followers of Sri Krishna say anything offending about other deities we should not associate that with Sri Krishna Himslef. Maheshwara Shiva are what they are will reamin so no matter what people say or do not say . Our Rsishis say that there is no difference between Guru and Shiva. In a single sentence everything has been said time and again. There are so many websites making offensive reamrks about our deities and ancient knowledge. What do we do then?Send each and very such web link to this discussion group? We suppose you will not agree for that. Tolerating the insult of Ishta and Guru is the worst act for a sadhak, but acting is the same fashion is not the lesson for offender. By exposing hundereds of other sadhaks to same negative propoganda what will we achieve?Ofcourse our Gurubhais can help us to forget those negative remarks by saying few positive and motivating words, but that rarely happens. Most of the time there will be a counter attack of arguements. These arguements will neither weaken the offeneder nor will it teach any lesson to him. We leave it to each individual how he acts as per his faith and conviction and uphold the dignity of his Guru and ishta. The common agenda for all of us is contiunously doing Guru sadhna, Guru sewa and sadhnas given by Gurudev. This common act only adds to the strength of every individual to withstand such devastating obstacles. On personal level also we can also free ouselves from the disturbing thoughts by regularly listening to some cassette of Gurudev again and again. This method has been suggested by Gurudev only. They have said that whenever we feel uncomfortable after speaking to someone or by coming across some negative thoughts then we should immediately listen to some cassette of Gurudev so that those negative thoughts are wiped off our mind and we feel at peace with ourselves and much relieved. The Guru's word do this by the powerof Tapasya of Guru behind those words. Therefore regularly listeting to Gurudev's words help in overcoming the day to day hidden attack of disturbing thoughts coming to us. This is the best method. Even self motivation by other means can not match this. Nikhileshwaram Nikhileshwaram Nikhileshwaram Send instant messages to your online friends http://in.messenger.
