personal opinion . And if these above lines will be useful for u then hope that

u can do the dhyana hope u can understand to me. I tried to tell u from my

In my opinion and experience, dhyana doesn't just come to you naturally. In the

begining, a

starter will get discouraged, if he/she is not able to achieve even a small

fraction of it. And,

believe me for some individuals, dhyana or meditation is unthinkable, due to

very high brain

activity. A little bit of guidance on how to quite your brain is defintely

needed and much

appreciated at this stage.

 

Discouragement and dissappointment are the 2 main hurdles which one has to face

at first. But with

proper consuling and/or guidance, it becomes a pleasure to sit for the

meditation sessions.

then you have not try to do the dhyana sepretly but u will be dhyana. hope if u

can try to understand what i want to say then u will be meditationful in

yourself and there will be not to do the dhyana from sepretly but u will be

dhyana. I am telling this message from my point of view beacuse i am passing

through this procedure , see this is my personal opinion . And if these above

Hi ...

 

Don't try to remove the thoughts but just become aware

of them ... when anything pops up in your mind just

become aware of it and thank it ...do not fight ...

 

this takes time but will work ...

am not telling for concentrate on any seprate point. just forget the traditional

methods of meditation. Those dhyana who are traditional those are not useful in

present time. I want to say that this is the reason that u could not done the

dhyaya. Try to understand what i want to say " the meaning of dhyana means u

are completly dedicated for anything or for the side of ur mind .if during the

meditation u find that some another thought are coming in ur mind then doesn't

matter be the form of that thought means if we try to concetrate to ourself

then we can't do it presently but if some thoughts are coming in ur mind then

be the part of that thought don't try to fight , now i am telling the formula

of dhyana that acceptence is the key means if some thoughts are coming in ur

mind then just accept to that thoughts and that will disappear in a moment be a

acceptful in ur self , just do it and try to understand what i am saying i think
