This, however exhalted, is not the ultimate state. The ultimate state is reached when the mind transcends all citta-vrttis (mental propensities) and merges in the object of contemplation (dhyeya). To reach that ultimate state one has to pass through the four stages of pratya'ha'ra yoga: yatama'na, vya'tireka, ekendriya and vashiika'ra.(If you want the whole article from which this comes, contact me with {pratya'ha'ra yoga} in the subject line. ) Copywriting - Editing - Publishing - Publicity Contact Me To Further Your Success DharmaMitra AT gmail.com Can Spirituality, Social Justice, and Economic and Political Democracy find synergy and synthesis in a fair and equitable manner? http://PROUT-Ananlysis-Synthesis.latest-info.com This link dares you to find out how!
