Guest guest
Hello Everyone. I am new to this field. I would appreciate if anyone please address my questions. 1. What is the big picture of Mantra, Tantra and Kundalini? How are they related? 2. I have read that people gain special power after Kundalini Jagran - but not everyone gets each power. What decides what one will get? 3. Where do Mantras get their Shakti from? 4. What is significance of Beej mantra in Kundalini jagran? 5. Will anyone with experience on Kundalini Jagran share his/her experience? 6. Can someone whose Kundalini is jagrat still face problems of black magic etc? 7. Any source how a master gives shaktipaat? (what he does behind the scene other then moving hands?). 8. Is ajapa of Beej mantra helpful for Kundalini jagran? 9. Anyone with experience on ajapa? I know these are two many questions. Feel free to answer which you find interesting and answers which you know. Meanwhile check this one too: http://www.geocities.com/kundalini48/kundalini3-effectof-shaktipaat- shortlived.html Seems plausible. Also, Swami Ramdev of Kankhal(Haridwar, Aastha Channel fame), says in one of his CDs (I have just CD, being in US - I have no access to his telecasts) - Shaktipaat is natural if you do Pranayam and same is said by Swami Sivanand in his book on Kundalini. So what is Shaktipaat really? A way of saving time and effort? Or is there more to it which I am missing? Please guide me.
Guest guest
9. Anyone with experience on ajapa? It is the first time in my entire search of sriprituality on the net has anyone mentioned this word. Boy There is always a first time. Impressed. But then I would assume this concept would not be in tantra, as in tantra, jap is very impt. What is it that you are looking for in ajapa jap ? Jai Shree Gurudev. Guest guest
Jai Gurudev, Some basic answers inlined below, with [my-reply]: , "ajaysomani2000" <ajaysomani2000 wrote: > > Hello Everyone. > > I am new to this field. [my-reply]: u need to study volumes of literature to understand it. Or, take Diksha and perform sadhanas to experience it! In 1 liner: Mantra is a mechanism to invoke Devta's (or Devi's) power, Tantra is the overall environment, which makes it conducive to obtain & utilize this power. Kundalini is a inherent energy (shakti) within the body. Upon Kundalini activation, this energy manifests in various ways (eg. gaining various siddhis), but the final result (or rather aim) is to obtain one-ness with the Supreme soul. > 2. I have read that people gain special power after Kundalini Jagran - > but not everyone gets each power. What decides what one will get? [my-reply]: Your own past karmas in this & previous births. Your own spirituality level. Capability of your Guru to enhance positive flow, and inhibit negativites. Your attachment & contact with Your own Guru. Your own current actions. eg. during kundalini activation, you may feel an increased need to enjoy material pleasures - food, wine, sex etc. You will be successful if you can control these properly, under direction from Gurudev. > 3. Where do Mantras get their Shakti from? [my-reply]: Specific Vibrations released during proper chanting of Mantra enable energy to be collected from the Gods (Devtas & Devis) > 4. What is significance of Beej mantra in Kundalini jagran? [my-reply]: "Beej Mantra" is the basic, fundamental piece. It is the main root & source of energy. However, "beej mantra" is used along with other words. An analogy to a power Dam. A turbine in a ypical Power-Dam generates 500 MW of energy. However, Can you use it diretly to run a TV? No, because your TV wont be able to sustain this level of Voltage. Similarly, "Beej" words are used along with other words to enable a meaningful result. > 5. Will anyone with experience on Kundalini Jagran share his/her > experience? [my-reply]: Never. It is very tempting for a Sadhak to gloat about his Sadhana successes, and Kundalini activations to others. However, this gloating & boasting will result in his downfall. A basic rule of thumb: Anyone with bookish knowledge & no/little successes will boast & talk a lot. Anyone with actual Siddhis will keep mum to conserve his/her energies, and move to next path. An empty utensil makes a lot of noise! You should always talk directly to pujya Gurudev. Pujya Guruji can look ahead in your life, understand your actual situation/need in totality, and give you a specific mantra, or Sadhana according to your needs. Any xyz Sadhak will give you "advice" based on his own "incomplete" experiences. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing. Analogy: If you get ill, whose advice will you prefer: your relatives' or doctor's? Three things need full trust to give success: Medicine, Mantra & Guru. > 6. Can someone whose Kundalini is jagrat still face problems of black > magic etc? [my-reply]: Why not? Black magic is like a sword. Anyone (who has a bad intention) can try to hit you with any type of weapon - sword, knife, gun, blackmagic etc. If Indrajeet (Son of Ravana) could subdue & control God Indra (King of Gods) Himself using Tantra, then what is a mere mortal with a slightly enhanced Kundalini! However, after starting of Kundalini Jagran, you start getting Siddhis which enable you to identify such issues, and how to deal with them. There are numerous Sadhanas & prayogs in Mantra Tantra Yantra Vigyan magazine to counter blackmagic. Are you a magazine member? > 7. Any source how a master gives shaktipaat? (what he does behind the > scene other then moving hands?). [my-reply]: Read "Dikha Sanskar" book authored by Pujya Gurudev. It is available in English & Hindi. There are other books on Diksha also. There a few articles on our website http://www.siddhashram.org don't get afraid if you get high fever, or get sick after attaining Diksha. This is normal, after getting such a high energy transferred in yourself. > 8. Is ajapa of Beej mantra helpful for Kundalini jagran? > 9. Anyone with experience on ajapa? [my-reply]: Again. Please contact & discuss on a personal basis with Pujya Gurudev. You may meet Him on regular meeting days in Delhi or Jodhpur. You can also meet during Sadhana Shivirs. I can't understand why people go & discuss with others (having incomplete knowledge), even when Pujya Gurudev is so accessible. Anyway, their own thoughts! > I know these are two many questions. So what is > Shaktipaat really? A way of saving time and effort? Or is there more > to it which I am missing? [my-reply]: Shaktipaat basically means transfer of positive energy from a Guru to His disciple. Watch Ramayana serial wherein Guru Valmiki performed shaktipaat on Luv & Kush. During this process, the Guru takes the disciple's bad karmas on Himself, and transfers positive energy. Pranayaam basically helps one in cleaning one's body, and enables one to start controlling his mind. It is an initial step towards meditation. Of course, positive energy flow into a "clean vessel" will provide more benefits compared to a flow into a "dirty vessel", since a part of it will get contaminated (or rather get used in some cleaning of that vessel). > > Please guide me. >
