Bhagavan Sri Ramana's Upadesa in the 30 verses of Upadesa Saram summarize the four yoga margas as follows: Karma Yoga : verses 1 to 3 Bhakti Yoga : verses 4 to 9 Raja Yoga : verses 10 to 15 Gyana Yoga : verses 16 to 30 Verses No 16 to 20 give the essence of Gyana Marga and verses 21 to 30 provide further elaboration. Verse no. 10 has a special significance. It describes the unity (and sameness of the goals) of all the yoga margas. Yours in Sri Bhagavan, S.
