Guest guest
Whenever you use a drug like marijauna,it expands your mind and allows spiritual forces to come in.A good mantra for this is"Aum Bhoom bapur Svahi"which means Hail to the enlightened rogue. Then you should face towards India and say "Jaya Girnari" which is the mountain with the shrine of Lord Guru Dattatreya. It is rumored that Siva likes to live in the cremation grounds, surrounded by ghosts and goblins, and smoke pot.The Holy name of Shiva,Virupaksa means"half open and bloodshot. Some Aghoras say that Shivas nature is Bliss, smoking pot helps you to identify with Shiva.Other Hindus might say his pot smoking is to be understood as a metaphor(of bliss). They might think that implying Hindus are drug addicts is an insult to their religion.More powerful drugs like hallucinogens will leave your astral body stuck open for long periods which can be dangerous.Uppers and downers are just narcotics that tend to attract demons(Like Beelzebub, lord of the flies, and ghosts of alcoholics). The main reason pot is illegal is because you can make paper out of it so it would hurt the lumber industry. It causes free thinking and people think it would hurt the economy so the rightwingers are very much against it.A drug like meth tends to make people retarded and awake so people make a good labor force without too much thinking. The people who really need it bad are people on Chemotherapy.Listening to holy music like theGuruGita or Sivaratri is a good way to protect yourself.Aum Namah Virupaksaya"is a mantra you could use.Hope this helps you! Guest guest
> The Holy name of Shiva,Virupaksa means"half open and > bloodshot. virupaksha literally means - "having deformed eyes" With regard to Siva it points to His having an unusual number of eyes, rather than half-open, bloodshot eyes. > Some Aghoras say that Shivas nature is Bliss, smoking pot > helps you to identify with Shiva.Other Hindus might say his pot > smoking is to be understood as a metaphor(of bliss). In Talks there is an interesting account of ganja (hashish) and ananda (bliss) by Bhagavan: ---- 560. When Bhagavan was taking His bath a few bhaktas were around Him, speaking to themselves. Then they asked Him about the use of ganja (hashish). Sri Bhagavan had finished His bath by that time. He said: "Oh ganja! The users feel immensely happy when they are under its influence. How shall I describe their happiness! They simply shout ananda! ananda... " Saying so, He walked as if tipsy. The bhaktas laughed. He appeared as if He stumbled, placed His hands round 'A' and cried "ananda! ananda!" 'A' records that his very being was transformed from that time. He had remained an inmate for the past eight years. He further says that his mind now remains at peace. ---- As for mantras ... I would recommend "Om namo bhagavate sri ramanaya". Although there are many, many more mantras which might also appeal to Ramana's devotees. Miles
