Guest guest
Ramana has very often advised that the best time to catch the eternal 'I' is at the time when we just wake up.I have personally experienced something on those lines twice.Once I felt the 'I' as a pure feeling intertwined by a clearly discernible pull towards the objective world(there was alternate feeling of pure being accompanied a feeling of being pulled away). It lasted about a few minutes. The other time I felt, on waking up ,a clearly pure feeling which was much different from the usual 'I' but which lasted only a few seconds . I would like to hear from members of the group as to how such experiences could be repeated so that during one such experience we could possibly permanently latch onto the self. Regds to all, Anand. Guest guest
Not only during wakeup time, but also just before you fall asleep in the night. These are the times when the state transition happens. Hardly one pays attention at those times. But the 'I' which all along associated with objects gets away from the objects and shines as it is.
