I was so excited to get the book that I called right away, and was told by his wife that she is moving... as in packing now. She asked me to mail her at the new address. The website will soon be changed to this new information. I feel that David's books are in a category of their own, a genre he has invented: he tries to document, to record, the experiences and lives of realized people in a more complete way than other books I've seen.
