Guest guest
Rob, One of the amazing things that shows up through the years is people coming to self-realization with they are young, somehow discovering it for themselves with no teacher. Ramana is a good example (but he was 16, not 12). My teacher, Nome came to self-realization in his late teens. My wife and I have talked about this. She things that it may be due to their having fewer concepts to shed. What a blessing for you to be in contact with such a "child," and for you to be able to share this. > This kid and I have been corresponding for about six weeks now. It has been one of the most astonishing experiences of my life. When I first heard from him he was asking questions like, "What is meditation?" A couple of weeks later, he announced to me that "God isn't a person, God is everything." It turned out that this announcement was based on experiences he had begun to have -- he was in a bliss/nonduality state for several days. < Not two, Richard ---------------------- Richard Clarke San Jose, CA =======================================================
