Guest guest
om namo bhagavateSrI ramaNAya Bhagavan Sri Ramana tells us (in upadeSa sAram verse no. 5) jagata ISadhI yuktasevanam | ashTa mUrtibhR.ddevapUjanam || Serving the world with an attitude of worship of the Lord is the worship of the Lord in his eight fold form. The corresponding verse in upadeSa undiyAr (Tamil)is: eNNuru yAvum iraiyuru vAmena eNNI vazhipadal undIpara ISana pUSanai undIpara. The worship considering all 'eight-fold' forms {in the world} as the form of the Lord, is The Worship of the Lord. The word 'eNNuru' can be read both as 'eight-fold form' as well as 'thought-conceived form'. The Tamil word 'eN' as a prefix can be used for 'eight' as well as 'conceived'. 'uru' means 'form'. The words "God isn't aperson, God is everything." brought to us by Rob, have the same import. Let us not worry about the'person'. Let us worship the manifestation of the Lord in the 'person'. All is well in His scheme ofthings. Dear Sri Jan, Dear SriVicki, Dear Sri all, Let us leave it to Sri Rob, as he considers appropriate, to reveal to us the authentic experiences of Truth as they come, from the young body. namo gnAneswarA, namo nivR.ttinata, namo ramaNA, Yours in Sri Bhagavan, suri __________ Send a newsletter, share photos & files, conduct polls, organize chat events. Guest guest
I learned much from the post, I am sure that everything is as it should be. The love respect and harmony that comes from this list is amazing...it is trully a breath of fresh air. The boy is way ahead of is years in this time frame, what an honor it is to have read his words. What I saw here was love a mother for a child...the concern....and this I missed when I was coming up in the world, I didn't realize how much this still affects me and I am thankful that I had this response, it begins the healing. Many blessings Lisa
Guest guest
om namo bhagavte SrI ramaNAya Dear Sri Vicki, Sri Rob has brought us Divine words from the Purity of Innocence. Indeed we are all very blessed. --- viorica weissman wrote:---------------- > Dear Sri Suri , I think you are right and your answer is very precious ; but my attachments as a mother and the pain I feel in case of children's suffering are very much alive , vicki < Your words of concern from the heart of a mother are indeed a reflection of the Divine Love. They are also a part of His scheme of things. So are the beautiful words of Dear Sri Lisa and all the others. Being a part of this group is a spiritual experience. Salutations to Bhagavan Sri Ramana and all his devotees. "anbodun nAmangEL anabardamanbaruk kanbanA yidavaruL aruNAcalA" (in Tamil) arunAcala aksharamaNamAlai, verse number 104. Guest guest
Dear Vicky, The only effect your words had on me were to increase the feeling of love I have for you and everybody in this group. And they made me think about your concerns and talk to Leaf (that's the boy's name) about them. No, I have been quiet because Leaf has made such a deep impression on me that I could talk about him for hours. I wasn't sure that the topic belongs on this list, so I was waiting to see how other people feel before I wrote again. It seems many people are interested, so I'll write more. But I can't write now because (I have an excellent excuse!) I have to get ready to go to the Advent celebration at Arunachala Asrama, the commemoration of Bhagavan's arrival at Tiruvannamalai.
