Guest guest
Ajja: So in the beginning, the mind should become still. The mind is wandering and that must stop. Through meditation, the mind turns inward. And this should happen not only in meditation, but also in the midst of action. Nothing that we take to be real in this world actually is. When this world becomes unreal to you, then the true reality reveals itself. That is the beginning. In that, we real ize that there is no death, there is no life, there is only existence. At one point or another, we all have to die. But I do not mean the death of this body. There is another kind of death‹a death from which there is no rebirth. When the one who keeps coming back for reincarnation, when that one dies, that is the real death‹as in my case, where all experiences have passed. Now, here in this state, there is nothing.
