Guest guest
Once Sri Amrithananda went on a pilgrimage to Rishikesh and other places and returned to the ashram. One Sri Govindagiri, after his darshan of Sri Bhagvan, went and established a Ramanasramam at Rishikesh.Amrithananda went to the ashram at Rishikesh. One day Sri Bhagvan asked Amrithananda for a book and was told that he had left it behind in the Ramanasram at Rishikesh. The next day Amrithananda was not to be seen.He used to disappear once in a while for some days. This was usual with him.The railway officials also never asked him for ticket as he looked so poor. After some days Amrithananda came back with the book he had left behind at Rishikesh! What devotion to the Guru! When Sri Bhagvan's mother was buried at the foot of the hill,it was Amrithananda who planted the first flower plant there. The place has become a garden now.A little later he went to Jaffna where he passed away. When Sri Bhagvan heard of this,He said,"He was a great siddha!" He also narrated an incident regarding him. in Sri Bhagvan, sriram
