Guest guest
TPR (T.P. Ramachandra Aiyar) was a native of Tiruvannamalai. His grandfather had once taken Ramana by force to his house for lunch. TPR as a boy, had seen Ramana. Yet the first real impact of Ramana's presence on him was only after his collegiate education when he met him in the old Hall at Sri Ramanasramam. Immediately he realised that Sri Ramana was the Sadguru for whom he had been hankering for years. "It was conviction born of instant experiencing of his grace." TPR was a lawyer by profession. He was of great use in dealing with legal matters of the Asram. For many years he was practically an inmate of the Asram and for a couple of years he was also Ramana's attendant. He has presented us a treasure in the form of a photo album containing 11 wonderful photographs of Ramana. These have been taken over the years, some of them by TNK. They are all in sepia and are in good condition." (The Radiance of the Self) I am not quite sure, but I think No. 38 is taken from him. The photos in the lower row in the attachment (middle and left) are from him.
