I have had a number of therapies in my life and want to say that the

teaching of Ramana and Nisargadatta and the practice work best of all.

Yesterday my 22 year old grandson, who has lived with us almost his

whole life, was is crisis. The two ladies went to Starbucks and I

hugged him and asked him, if he knew that every thought word and deed

that was happening in his life were already cast in stone, would he

be more relaxed about his life. He replied, "then what is the use of

living", I said to find out "who you are". Since he is very learned

in his own religion and has mystical abilities, he accepted it.

I asked him to sit for 15 minutes and look we in the eye and only

think a constant "I". For the first 5 minutes he kept saying that he

could not do it, then he got concentrated. At the end of the 15

minutes he said that the energy come up and he was centered again.

This stuff really works.

Aloha,

Alton
