Guest guest
Who am I? Paragraph 7 The world is perceived as objective reality when the mind is externalized, thereby forsaking its identity with the Self. When the world is thus perceived, the true nature of the Self is not revealed: Conversely, when the Self is realized, the world ceases to appear as an objective reality. COMMENTS FROM A SEEKER I don't think Ramana could have said this any more clearly: When the mind goes out, it gives up its identity as Self. As long as the world is seen to be the reality, then the Self will be obscured. As longs as your stand, where you place your identity is as world/body/senses/prajna/mind, then your identity will not be as Self. Likewise, Self-realized sages do not see the world as objective, as anything outside of themselves, or as anything other than themselves. Nome and Russ as SAT teach this (again and again). I think they mean it. Again, I have seen seekers struggle more on this point than almost any other. And when their struggle stops, great progress can be made.
