Perhaps 'satyam' (or 'sat') would be an appropriate term in Sanskrit.

satyam eva jayate nAnritam

Truth alone triumphs, not falsehood.

(Mundaka Upanisad 3. 6)

Ever Yours in Sri Bhagavan,

om namo bahagavte sri ramanaya

The Tamil word for Truth is 'uNmai' (N pronounced like

the 'n' in "under" with the tongue bent a little

further back on the palate. Bhagavan Sri Ramana has

used this word in 'uLLadu nArpadu' (Forty verses on

Reality)

The word 'satyam' is used also in Tamil for 'truth'.
