Guest guest
Dear friends: This is a preview to tomorrows post as I have to be out a lot. I post it tomorrow morning. Love, SSS At the request of the devotees Ramana would recall and explain in graphic detail many incidents in his life. However, we find that there has been no reference to this incident by him. For all purposes it was a non-event for him which was over once and for all. By this example Ramana had demonstrated the need for strict adherence by renunciates to the principle of ahimsa, non-injury. Its importance also springs from the fact that Ramana accepted everyone as they were without any judgment. Hence he did not attach any importance to the cruelty of the robbers. To him they were merely ignorant and misguided men. Hence to them also his heart flowed in love in equal measure.
